Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over 3999 CZK / €164.
This applies to all delivery methods within the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Germany.

Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on the type of product:

• Organizers, bag pillows, and personalized handcrafted accessories – these items are made to order. As we pay close attention to every detail, it may take up to 14 days for your parcel to be dispatched. However, we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

• Protective films, bag chains, rain covers, bag hooks, and clutch stands – these items are usually in stock and ready to ship within 3 business days after payment.

We care about the planet. To minimize our environmental impact, we ship your order only once all items are ready for dispatch.
If you need part of your order sooner, feel free to contact us – we’re happy to help.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Poland and France.

For deliveries to other EU countries, please contact us at info@popona.cz with the items you'd like to order and your shipping address – we’ll prepare a quote and delivery options for you. Wherever you are, we’ll do our best to get Popona to you.

Delivery Method
We ship exclusively via PPL. Within the Czech Republic, you can choose from:

• PPL Courier to your address

• PPL Parcel Shop

Personal pickup is available by appointment at our studio in Prague – Uhříněves.

You can securely pay for your order online by card. We use the trusted Comgate payment gateway, which ensures your payment data is safe.
