WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Delivery times vary depending on the type of product.

Organizers, bag pillows, and handcrafted personalized accessories are all made to order. Because we pay close attention to every detail, it may take up to 14 days before your organizer is ready to ship. That said, we always do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Protective films, bag chains, rain covers, bag hooks, and clutch stands are in stock and usually shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment.

We care about the environment. To minimize unnecessary shipping, we dispatch your parcel only once all items in your order are ready. If you need a specific item sooner, please don’t hesitate to contact us – we’re happy to help.

 

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Poland and France.
For deliveries to other EU countries, please contact us at info@popona.cz with your selected items and shipping address – we’ll get back to you with delivery options and pricing. Wherever you are, we’ll do our best to bring Popona to you.

 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON?
Yes – personal pickup is available at our studio in Prague – Uhříněves, by appointment only. Please contact us in advance to arrange a time, as we are not always present at the location.

 

HOW ARE ORDERS PACKAGED?
All orders are packed with environmental responsibility using recyclable cardboard boxes sealed with eco-friendly tape.

• Organizers, bag pillows, personalized accessories, and rain covers are wrapped in silk tissue paper, sealed with our signature logo sticker.

• Protective films are packed in custom-designed envelopes with our branding.

• Chains, hardware accessories, and bag hooks are packed in soft microfiber pouches featuring our logo.

If you’re gifting your order, we recommend selecting gift wrapping. We’ll pack your items in a white box (size permitting), tied with our signature ribbon and securely wrapped to stay protected during transport.

 

DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY?
Since most of our products are made to order and produced after payment, cash on delivery is not available. Thank you for your understanding.

 

WHAT MATERIALS ARE THE ORGANIZERS MADE FROM?
Popona organizers are handmade with love and care in the Czech Republic.
We’ve chosen a durable decorative non-woven fabric that has proven itself over time.

We offer two material options to suit different types of handbags:

• 3 mm thickness – ideal for most bags, made locally in collaboration with our trusted partner.

• 2 mm slim fabric – perfect for smaller bags where space is limited. This thinner option is sourced from carefully selected international suppliers to ensure premium quality.

I HAVE SPECIFIC REQUESTS FOR MY ORGANIZER. CAN YOU MEET MY SPECIAL NEEDS?
Absolutely. Each organizer is designed and sewn in our Prague studio, which allows us to adapt to your needs.
If you have preferences regarding pocket layout or other details, we’ll be happy to create a custom solution just for you.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
All organizers, bag pillows, and handcrafted personalized accessories are made-to-order based on your selected preferences and specifications. As such, these items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

For protective films, bag chains, rain covers, bag hooks, and clutch stands, you have the legal right to return your order within 14 days without stating a reason.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK OR I CAN’T FIND IT?
If an item you’re looking for is marked sold out, feel free to reach out to us. Some sold-out pieces may not be restocked automatically, so your feedback is valuable – it helps us know what to bring back for you in the future. Thank you for letting us know what you love!

 

HOW DO I FIND OUT THE SIZE OF MY HANDBAG?

1. If you’re unsure about your handbag’s size, the easiest option is to check the receipt, where correct size details are often listed.

2. If you don’t have the receipt, visit the official website of the handbag brand, search for your model, and compare its dimensions using a tape measure to confirm a match.
